how we do it
Pickleball Cape Town operates as a non-profit organization, relying solely on the generosity of donations. Presently, we do not receive support or funding from any external entities, be it organizations, businesses, or government bodies. In our commitment to fostering the sport's growth and gaining momentum, we offer open play sessions at a nominal fee, with the first experience being free for new players and beginners. Our dedicated members contribute their time voluntarily, and the modest revenue generated from open play sessions and court rentals directly funds the maintenance of our courts and facilities.
Furthermore, our community programs and initiatives are self-funded by our members, occasionally receiving support from sponsors when specific needs arise. This collaborative effort ensures that we continue to provide accessible and engaging pickleball experiences for everyone in our community. Your support is vital to realizing our vision for pickleball in Cape Town. Your contribution sustains and expands our efforts, creating a lasting impact on our community through this wonderful sport.
